BrainLab is an educational technology and student competency certification platform. All primary offerings—including Brain Quest examination registrations, challenge modules, practice drills, candidate hall tickets, cognitive diagnostic reports, and digital certificates—are Digital Goods & Electronic Services.

2. Electronic Delivery Mechanism & Timelines

Since our services are delivered digitally, there are no physical shipping charges for online exam registrations. Delivery is executed as follows:

• Instant Account Activation & Challenge Access: Upon successful authorization and confirmation of payment via our payment gateway (Razorpay), your candidate registration is activated immediately (within 5 to 15 minutes). Login credentials and confirmation are displayed on-screen and dispatched to the parent/student registered email address.
• Admit Cards / Hall Tickets: Available for instant electronic download and printing directly from the Student Dashboard at any time prior to the examination window.
• Exam Results & Brain Diagnostic Reports: Provisional test results are calculated and delivered immediately in the portal upon submission; detailed multi-axial cognitive telemetry reports are made accessible within 24 to 48 hours.
• E-Certificates & Digital Badges: Digital certificates featuring cryptographic tamper-proof QR codes and verifiable badges are issued electronically to the candidate's Digital Passport™ upon official results ratification.

3. Physical Certificates, Medals & Trophies (Institutional Deliveries)

For partner schools and top national merit rankers who qualify for physical certificates, medals of excellence, or institutional shields:

• Physical awards are consolidated and dispatched via trusted national courier partners (e.g., India Post Speed Post / Blue Dart / DTDC) to the registered school address.
• Standard dispatch takes place within 15 to 25 business days following the culmination of the national testing cycle and announcement of final rankings.
• Consignment tracking numbers are communicated to the participating school coordinator/principal desk upon dispatch.
